Daniel Chin, M.D., FRCSC

Daniel Chin, M.D., FRCSC completed his ophthalmology residency at McGill University in 1991. This was followed by a year of fellowship in cornea and external diseases at McGill University in 1992. He is currently in private practice in Winnipeg, Manitoba. His practice is focused on cataract surgery, corneal transplants and laser vision correction. Dr. Chin has been performing laser vision correction at Image Plus Laser Eye Centre since 1994. He has trained in both Germany and the United States. In addition, he is actively involved in the continuing medical education and is an assistant professor of Ophthalmology at the University of Manitoba. It is Dr. Chin's objective to work with his Lasik patients, giving them as much information as possible ensuring an informed decision.
