Personal Assessment

A complimentary personal assessment is provided to help you in your decision making process. At this assessment, trained staff will perform a series of tests to help determine if you are a candidate. These tests will be required by your surgeon to determine the appropriateness of laser vision correction. Questions or concerns you have will be discussed at your personal assessment. A detailed eye exam with an IMAGE PLUS eye doctor may be booked for you at your personal assessment.

If you elect to do so, you may have this eye exam done with your own eye care doctor. Information from this examination would be forwarded to IMAGE PLUS for review. After review by an IMAGE PLUS eye surgeon, you will be personally contacted and your results discussed with you.

If laser vision correction is an option for you, a consulation with an IMAGE PLUS eye surgeon may be booked. At your consulation, your surgeon will also discuss options open to you. For your convenience you may also book your surgery when booking your consultation. Your surgery, however, will only be done if you are found to be an appropriate candidate.
